Separate building, private entrance via spacious, enclosed lanai (deck) for privacy. Own garden surround. Double sliding glass doors (key locked).

The unit interior is painted in subtle colors with tasteful, coordinated soft furnishings. Full, well-equipped kitchen with stocked pantry with indoor dining area. Full bath w/tub/shower and stocked bath pantry. Laundry washer/dryer with detergent provided. There is also a private clothes line for outdoor drying. This unit has 1 bedroom with an Eastern Cal King (wider than regular Cal King) “Select Comfort” bed which adjusts firm to soft individually on either side. The bed is further enhanced with 3 inches of memory-gel topper. Bedroom is carpeted. Large windows. Spacious closet for hanging clothes with abundant shelves. Ceiling fan. There are house slippers, thick bathrobes, kimonos, bath soaps, body washes, quality sheets and abundant pillows, hair dryer, iron – to mention a few amenity items.

The kitchen is stocked with more than the essentials…everything you need to prepare meals, including spices, herbs, oils, basic seasoning, and all paper goods (napkins, towels, coffee filters), dish detergent, food storage items, trash bags, etc.. Grocery shopping is just minutes away. Local farmers markets and fish monger nearby. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, cooking range with standard oven for roasting and baking – in addition to the BBQ.

Living room with cozy sofa area (newer model queen size sleep sofa), recliner armchair, ceiling fan, carpet in living room, wood floor in kitchen. Living room has digital cable flat-screen TV w/100 channels + 40 music channels, DVD, private phone (free local calls). High speed wireless Internet access (laptop use provided at no cost). Games, puzzles, Hawaii coffee table books + Hawaii magazines. Selection of Hawaii music (DVD). Selection of films (DVD).

Large outdoor partially covered deck area (lanai) w/ gas BBQ, dining set, lounge chairs for extended living room and enjoyment of the outdoors in the sunshine. Deck umbrella provided. Driveway for one rental car. Beach equipment includes, chairs, mats, umbrellas, body boards, snorkel gear, selection of floatation equipment + free use of tandem (double) kayaks. Infant / baby-sized beach equipment / beach sand and water toys for up to 5 years.
