Separate entrance via spacious enclosed lanai (deck) for privacy. Own garden surround. Double sliding glass doors (key locked) + back door (key locked) to the laundry area.

The unit interior is painted in soft whites with tasteful, coordinated soft furnishings. It has a high open beam ceiling in the living. Full well-equipped kitchen including stocked pantry, indoor dining area, sitting area with newer model sofa + queen sleeper. The kitchen is stocked with more than the essentials…everything you need to prepare meals, including spices, herbs, oils, basic seasoning, and all paper goods (napkins, towels, coffee filters), dish detergent, food storage items, trash bags, etc.. Grocery shopping is just minutes away. Local farmers markets and fish monger nearby. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, double induction cook top, oven for standard setting, roast, bake, broil, convection….and pizza oven – in addition to the BBQ.

This accommodation has 1 bedroom with a queen-size “Select Comfort” bed which adjusts firm to soft individually on either side. The bed is further enhanced with 3 inches of memory-gel topper. After a day of activity, you’ll put your feet up and settle into a leather “BenchMaster” Recliner to relax. The recliner adjusts to lock your seat into any position for a precise ergonomic fit. Large windows. Spacious closet for hanging clothes with abundant shelves. Carpeted bedroom has ceiling fan. There are house slippers, thick bathrobes, kimonos, bath soaps, body washes, quality sheets and abundant pillows, hair dryer, iron – to mention a few amenity items.

Throughout the living / kitchen areas are paneled floors. Spacious bathroom is in stone with large shower…slip free stone flooring and stocked bath pantry. Private laundry machine, provided with detergent, is combination washer/dryer. There is also a private clothes line for outdoor drying. Digital cable flat-screen TV w/100 channels + 40 music channels, private phone (free local calls), DVD, VCR, CD player, free high speed Internet access (laptop provided in the unit at no cost). Games, puzzles, Hawaii coffee table books + Hawaii magazines. Selection of Hawaii music (DVD). Selection of films (DVD).

The extra large partially covered outdoor deck area (lanai) with gas BBQ, dining set, café set/ breakfast nook + garden sofa set w/ coffee table on the shady side. Large table umbrella included. Two lounge chairs for extended living room and enjoyment of the outdoors in the sunshine. Driveway for one rental car. Beach equipment includes, chairs, mats, umbrellas, body boards, snorkel gear, selection of floatation equipment + free use of tandem (double) kayaks. Infant / baby-sized beach equipment / beach sand and water toys for up to 5 years.
